Advocate Sa’ar Plinner specializes in Intellectual Property Law. This includes counselling clients in all aspects of Intellectual property, representing clients in IP & entertainment-law related agreements and in litigation before the Israeli Courts and before the Israeli Registrar of Patents, Trademarks and Designs. Sa’ar specializes in Internet Law, Communication and Advertising Law and represents artists, galleries and museums. Sa’ar published articles in and in Getting The Deal Through: Patents and in: Inside The Minds: IP Strategies In The Middle East And Africa lectures in various events and conferences.

Born in Israel, Sa’ar is a graduate of law from the University of Reading (UK) ((LL.B, 1991). He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993. Sa’ar is fluent in English and in Hebrew.
